Atumatic Studios S.L. is a private company with limited liability, incorporated under Spanish law and registered in the Mercantile Registry with tax identification number (N.I.F.) B22779953. All legal relationships between Atumatic Studios S.L. and its clients, contracted crew members, suppliers, and/or third parties are exclusively subject to the general terms and conditions of Atumatic Studios S.L.
Any liability of Atumatic Studios S.L. shall be governed by Spanish legislation and regulations. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or validity of this contract or any related agreement, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the place of filming within Spanish territory, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Atumatic Studios S.L. es una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada constituida conforme a la legislación española e inscrita en el Registro Mercantil con número de identificación fiscal (N.I.F.) B22779953. Todas las relaciones jurídicas entre Atumatic Studios S.L. y sus clientes, miembros del equipo contratados, proveedores y/o terceros se regirán exclusivamente por los términos y condiciones generales de Atumatic Studios S.L.

Cualquier responsabilidad de Atumatic Studios S.L. se regirá por la legislación y normativa españolas. Para la resolución de cualquier controversia derivada de la interpretación, ejecución o validez de este contrato o de cualquier acuerdo relacionado, las partes se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los Juzgados y Tribunales del lugar de rodaje dentro del territorio español, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.
