Atumatic Studios prioritises the safety, well-being and legal protection of everyone including or affected by its productions, including its clients, talent, crew, suppliers, general public, locations and environment. This risk assessment sets operational expectations for all participants and complements the General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). All participants must comply with the T&Cs, particularly Section 3 (Health & Safety), Section 7 (Client Conduct & Environmental Responsibility), and Section 8 (Payment Terms).
High-Risk Operations Notice
Certain activities—such as high-speed vehicles, camera cars, drones, stunts and other manoeuvres—require additional safety precautions. Safety measures, including road closures and barriers, must be implemented as required. Only authorised and trained professionals may perform stunts, other physical tasks or operate specialised equipment. Their guidance must be followed at all times.
1. Health & Safety Procedures
If the production involves high speed activities, stunts, simulated accidents or crashes, pyrotechnics or other risky effects, all on-set activities must follow strict safety protocols, which might include having:
A paramedic or ambulance on stand by.
A fire engine on stand by.
Local / national police and/or the Guardia Civil for traffic control.
Emergency procedures in place for each location.
2. Fitness for Work / Conduct
All participants (clients, crew, talent, suppliers) must be of sound body and mind.
Use of alcohol, recreational drugs or any substances impairing judgment is prohibited during the working day.
Non-compliant individuals may be removed from the set.
3. Permits and Legal Compliance
Filming may only occur at approved and permitted locations, even for last-minute location changes.
Crew and participants must follow all local / national laws and legal requirements defined in the terms and conditions and the risk assessments.
4. Equipment and Fuel Handling
All equipment must be transported, handled, and stored correctly to minimise risk of loss, damage or accidents.
Equipment must be protected and secured when not in use.
Operational procedures for equipment failure, power backup or transport issues must be followed.
All fuel must be transported in the correct homologated containers, not exceed 60 litres per container or 240 litres per vehicle. The fuel must be transported inside the trunk of the vehicle, away from passengers. On set, the fuel within its appropriate container must be safely stored away from any heat source or direct sunlight. When refuelling vehicles or generators on set, this has to be done in a well ventilated area and away from any ignition sources, including mobile phones, cameras, cigarettes, etc.
Any damages, problems or incidents must be reported immediately to the production team.
5. Environmental & Location Safety
Smoking on set is strictly prohibited, unless part of the action. Where possible, there will be designated smoking area assigned by the location manager.
Minimise environmental impact during all filming activities.
Comply with Spanish environmental regulations.
Follow sustainable practices, including waste management and noise control.
Respect guidance from location managers and the production team.
6. Emergency Procedures & Contingencies
Paramedic support, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency communication channels must be available on set.
Local emergency contacts (nearest hospital, police, fire stations) will be provided in the production booklet.
In case of any emergency, the production team must be informed immediately.
All participants must familiarise themselves with evacuation routes and emergency contacts.

Failure to comply may result in halted or cancelled activities and any resulting costs remain the responsibility of the client.
