Atumatic Studios S.L. is a private limited company incorporated under Spanish law and registered in the Mercantile Registry with European tax identification number (N.I.F.): ESB22779953.  All professional relationships between Atumatic Studios S.L. and its clients, collaborators, suppliers, contracted crew and/or third parties shall be governed exclusively by Spanish legislation and by the general terms and conditions established by Atumatic Studios S.L.  Any service, agreement, or project carried out by Atumatic Studios S.L. is subject to these terms.  In the event of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals located within Spanish territory.

Atumatic Studios S.L. processes personal data provided by the other party in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation. Personal data will be used solely for the management and execution of the production.  This includes communication, scheduling, safety and legal compliance.  All data will be stored and handled securely and only shared with authorised third parties directly involved in the production.  Anyone whose data we handle may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion at any time.
